Dr. Csaba Sár

Lawyer specializing in intellectual property law. He primarily acts in copyright and patent law matters, in this field he provides litigation and non-litigation legal representation to clients from the software industry, fintech, film industry, book publishing, and record publishing, among others, but he has significant experience in all areas of intellectual property, including the full conduct of trademark and patent litigation. He has notable experience in significant pharmaceutical patent litigation cases, and regularly deals with law enforcement in the fields of music copyright, record, video and DVD publishing, and the pharmaceutical industry, as well as media law, telecommunications law, internet regulation, and competition law. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Copyright Expert Board, and, in addition to his other professional association memberships, he is a member of the Hungarian Industrial Property Protection and Copyright Association and the ALAI Copyright Forum Association.
